“I've used Jones Electric twice now for some major work. First, we had pot lights installed in our living room and some lighting upgrades in our master bedroom as well. We added a motion light in our closet which is a great addition. We also had a very long chandelier changed in the kitchen which was no easy task and required a 17 foot ladder. Cam was great, very friendly, and got the job done with ease and super fast timing.
Second we had the team come back in for more work, this time to install ethernet cabling throughout the house in multiple rooms all fed to the basement. As well, we added some more pot lights and a wireless light switch in the bathroom. We also had the smoke detectors done. Nick and Peter came this time and not only were they friendly, they got the job done. The quote was for 2 days worth of work and they finished it all in one day, even staying longer to change one piece to ensure I was happy with everything, and they did this without hesitation.
From having Andy, the owner come to do the quotes, to the office staff Heidi and Jewel, this is a great company to work with. Just this weekend we bought a new dryer that is tripping the breaker, and Jones Electric was able to come out first thing Monday morning.

We got a nasty surprise this morning (Wednesday) when we discovered our electricity needed to be cut off due to damage at the service mast. You folks got a team on site in a very short time and fixed up what could have been a nasty emergency for us. My wife has mobility issues and being without electricity for an extended period of time would have been a great hardship for her.
